Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer flexible booking options for our guests at Sea Breeze Beach Resort.
- Standard Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Cancellation Window: Guests are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee and are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in by emailing reservations@seabreezeresort.in or calling +91 9962047297 or +91 8925210312. Please have your booking reference number ready.
Refund Processing Note
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Group Bookings
For group reservations of 5 or more rooms, cancellation and refund terms may differ. Please contact the resort directly at reservations@seabreezeresort.in to discuss group booking policies before confirming.
