1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or making a reservation, guests agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. About Us
Sea Breeze Beach Resort is operated by Hotel Sea Breeze (Partnership), registered at 18, Othavadai Cross Street, Mahabalipuram, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu 603104, India.
3. Reservations and Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as required. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added at checkout.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport.
5. Guest Conduct and Property Rules
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow guests and staff. The resort reserves the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave without refund in cases of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of resort rules. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Pets are welcome subject to prior arrangement with the resort.
6. Pool and Beach Usage
Pool and beach access is available to registered guests only. Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The resort is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings at the pool or beach.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sea Breeze Beach Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or acts of third parties. The resort is not responsible for loss of personal property during your stay. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.
8. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, government orders, pandemics, or civil disturbances. In such cases, the resort will endeavour to offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including photographs, videos, text, logos, and design is the property of Sea Breeze Beach Resort and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu.
11. Modifications
The resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
